Prices on this site are for self-pay patients. If you are using insurance, please contact us to discuss.
The pricing for the procedures listed on our website include the surgeon’s professional fee, the anesthesia fee, and the surgery center’s facility fee. However, if you are scheduled for surgery and we are filing an insurance claim for your procedure, the prices listed on our website do not pertain to you. Not included in our fees are: any diagnostic studies necessary prior to your procedure, any implants necessary for completion of your procedure, any hardware necessary for completion of your procedure. Copies of the invoices for your implant or hardware will be provided to you and there will not be any marked up fees associated with this additional cost.
